Raport Future®

Labour market and jobs of the future

This year's edition of the Raport Future® 2024. Labour market and jobs of the future presents trends and forecasts regarding the labor market, taking into account three key groups:

  1. Employees who want to develop and stay on the labor market of the future.
  2. Managers who care about future-proof management of themselves and their team.
  3. Presidents of organizations/HR, directors who are looking for effective solutions to build the organization's market advantage for the coming years.

The content of the report was developed based on the results of scientific and statistical research, as well as on my over 28 years of business and mentoring experience. Each chapter is supplemented with forecasts by leading experts in futurology, strategy and business psychology, as well as my recommendations regarding business trends.

Opinie poprzednich raportów

A pandemic, war, extreme political division or an unstable economy. This is our reality. The omnipresent permacrisis poses a number of challenges before us.

  • How to take care of your own development in a world of uncertainty?
  • What exactly is development in the era of technological race?
  • Does a human have a chance to compete with artificial intelligence?
  • What will the realities of the labor market look like in 5, 10, 15 years?

Of course, it is not possible to give a clear answer. All the more so because the changes taking place at such a rapid pace, as well as the individual predispositions and potential of each of us make it impossible to identify a universal solution.

Therefore, the Report Future® 2024. Labour market and jobs of the future presents forecasts, trends and development trends from various levels: employee, manager, president of the organization/HR director. I am convinced that the composition of this year's report will make it easier for each reader to find recommendations that suit his or her situation and expectations. Because development has many names...

Development 2024+

Development in times of constant change becomes particularly important. It concerns not only acquiring new competences, but also - if not primarily - transforming those you already have.

What is the absolute basis for the development of each of us is a high level of self-awareness and meeting the needs related to a sense of well-being, including mental condition. Regardless of whether this applies to you or the employees you manage. Well-being, mental health and matching a professional career to the real needs of the employee - these are the key trends that will accompany us in the near future. If you want to stay on the job market, you need to start working on them today.

LABOUR MARKET AND JOBS OF THE FUTURE

The labor market and professions of the future is another tool that will guide you in choosing the best path for the future.

What you will learn

The Report itself is, above all, a much-needed review of many perspectives in one place. The work is extremely well documented, which makes it stand out from other studies of a similar nature, even those supported by large consulting corporations. The list of references is impressive and resembles a list of sources used in scientific works. So it wakes up confidence in the proposed ones conclusions in the content of the chapters.
