Raport Future

Labour market and jobs of the future

An almost 100-page report in which you will find - supported by research conclusions - reflections on changes in the labor market:

  1. Employee generations, their professional potential and needs.
  2. Professional trends for the coming years, cooperation models, expectations of employers, employees and the market.
  3. Tips and expert opinions on choosing the right and future-oriented career path.

This is only some of the information you will find on the report pages. The whole thing is supplemented with clear charts and opinions of experts in the field of futurology and business strategy.

TAKE A LOOK INSIDE

It might seem that two years of the pandemic have long ago set future trends in the labor market. However, as it turns out, remote work - although widespread - is not an optimal model of cooperation. So what is the most appropriate model and what more have months of socio-economic isolation taught employees and employers? Take a look at the report and you will see that a lot has changed – and continues to change – over the last twelve months.

Today's labor market is completely different than the one I wrote about in the previous edition of the report. And although many of the trends I indicated in last year's edition have been confirmed, new circumstances outline an additional perspective for the future.

What's actually changing?

Almost everything! The division into working generations based on year of birth is completely obsolete in favor of generations categorized according to their needs and views. The need to work remotely has highlighted not only the difficulties associated with isolation from the employee team, but also that the real strength of any organization is its employees. And they are increasingly struggling with problems not only of a professional nature, but also of a psychological nature, which directly affect their career and sense of fulfillment.
